well being 21 aint that cheap.coz all ur mates turn 21 and 21 is lyk a key to freedom in our parents view.so yea it has to be parrtyed out.
since i have my midterm the day after my xm and i ddnt plan any party but yea i gona have one after my party.ZOUK i mean.hahaha
